Even
the most compliant operation can fail a regulatory inspection if the inspection
is badly managed. Our training course covers all aspects of preparing for,
running and follow-up of an inspection. We cover both behavioural and technical
aspects and the course covers items such as, hosting, fronting, back-room
management, dealing with multiple inspectors, dealing with non-compliances and
the involvement of direct operational staff. We carry out baseline assessment on

Cause Analysis
We
have linked several proven techniques together to provide a comprehensive root
cause analysis tool. This powerful technique is designed to get to the real root
cause (s) of an issue or problem and tackle those issues in a pro-active manner.
The training course covers both the technical aspects of how to use the
techniques and also the management of investigating such issues.

Also

package dealing with the management of change, in particular the management of
cGMP change controls. The course looks at the fundamentals of why we control
change, how to control change and, most importantly, how to manage such changes
